According to striker Mario Balotelli's agent Inter Milan has declined an offer for the 19-year old from Manchester City. He has played well, often coming off the bench, scoring 9 goals last year in Serie A play.
In other transfer news Manchester United is targeting midfielder Wesley Sneijder, according this ESPN article.
Sneijder has played remarkably well in the Netherlands run to the semifinals of the World Cup, scoring 4 goals while adding 1 assist. Before playing at San Siro he had an excellent run at Real Madrid but was virtually forced out of the lineup by the signing of Brazilian star Kaka.
